You may purchase new digital clue packs in the app. If the pen is on but there is no light, replace the batteries. The pen is connected when the blinking orange light turns red. Turn the pen off and then back on to reconnect the pen. Make sure the Pictionary Air app is on and your phone has Bluetooth enabled. My pen isn’t erasing or scoring when I push the buttons.
